This Privacy Policy explains how JBRH Digital Solutions ("JBRH", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit jbrhdigital.com, sign in to a JBRH product using Google, or use a product in the JBRH family (including but not limited to Agent TOBO and Maya by JBRH). Individual products may publish their own supplementary notice for that product's clinical, operational or account data; where one exists, it applies alongside this policy for that product.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us — name, email address and message content when you contact us or request a demo.
• Account & sign-in information — when you sign in to a JBRH product using Google Sign-In, we (or the relevant product) receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google under the basic OAuth "profile" and "email" scopes, used only to create and authenticate your account for that product. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google data.
• Payment-related information — if you purchase a subscription, per-study reporting, licensed application or store item on a JBRH product, payment is processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway. JBRH does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN; the gateway shares only what is needed to confirm and reconcile the transaction (e.g. amount, status, a masked reference).
• Usage & device information — pages visited, browser/device type, approximate location (from IP), and referring pages, collected automatically for security and to understand site usage.
• Clinical/study data — jbrhdigital.com itself is an informational site and does not process medical imaging or patient data. DICOM studies, reports and related patient data are handled only inside product platforms such as Agent TOBO, under that product's stricter clinical data-governance and access controls.

2. Cookies

jbrhdigital.com uses only strictly necessary cookies/local storage — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. Product platforms may use additional session cookies required to keep you signed in; you can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

3. How we use information

• To operate, secure and improve jbrhdigital.com and the products you use.
• To authenticate you when you sign in with Google.
• To process and reconcile payments through our payment gateway partners.
• To respond to inquiries sent to our support email.
• To meet legal, regulatory, tax and audit obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Third parties we share data with

• Google — for Sign-In authentication (governed by Google's Privacy Policy).
• Payment gateway providers — to process and settle payments securely (PCI-DSS compliant processors).
• Cloud infrastructure providers — to host and secure our systems.
• WhatsApp Business platform — only where a specific digital-employee product (e.g. front-desk or growth communications) is configured to message you on WhatsApp with your consent.

We do not share personal data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention & security

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law (including tax and accounting record-keeping). We apply industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege administration — to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 7. Children's privacy

Our products are intended for business and healthcare-operations use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without appropriate consent.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of jbrhdigital.com or a JBRH product after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
