These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jbrhdigital.com, operated by JBRH Digital Solutions ("JBRH", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site you agree to these Terms. Products in the JBRH family — including Agent TOBO (agenttobo.com) and Maya by JBRH (mayabyjbrh.com) — are separate applications with their own terms of service, which apply in addition to these Terms whenever you sign in to or use that product.

1. About this site

jbrhdigital.com is an informational portfolio site describing JBRH's healthcare platforms, digital employees, imaging applications and custom/white-label delivery. It does not itself host accounts, patient data or a checkout — those actions happen on the relevant product's own domain.

2. Google Sign-In

Where a JBRH product offers "Sign in with Google," authentication is provided by Google and governed by Google's Terms of Service. We only request the minimum OAuth scopes needed (name, email, profile photo) to create and secure your account on that product.

3. Payments

Where a JBRH product offers a paid subscription, per-study reporting, licensed application or store purchase, payment is collected and processed by a licensed third-party payment gateway on that product's own checkout flow. JBRH does not store your full card or UPI credentials. All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. 4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site or any JBRH product.
• Do not use this site to submit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation with JBRH or any of its products.

5. Intellectual property

The JBRH name, logo, product marks and site content are the property of JBRH Digital Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission, except as necessary to fairly reference our products.

6. Third-party links

This site links to JBRH product domains and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites you access from a link on jbrhdigital.com.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBRH Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
